| The Boat Lagoon,

| Location: NE side of the island, approx. 40
minute drives from the airport. Phuket’s
first marina has a substantial and very busy hardstand area
with three travel lifts, and a pleasing collection of houses,
condominiums and a resort hotel. The site of Phuket’s annual
boatshow (PIMEX), this is the marina where most of Phuket’s
yacht maintenance service and supply companies are based.
Provisioning: Supermarket located at the
entrance of the Boat Lagoon. All dry supplies can be bought
here. No Fresh supplies. All supplies can be bought from Lotus
Super Center about a 10-minute drive from Boat Lagoon.
Fuel & Water: Available from Marina
Restaurants: Many Seafood restaurants, bars. Clubroom of
ACYC (Ao Chalong Yacht Club)

| The Yacht Haven, Phuket |

| Location: NE side of the island, about
a 15-minute drive from the airport. Yacht Haven Marina, at the North East End of
Phuket island, is Phuket’s only 24-hour access marina providing
services for both cruisers and super yachts up to 55 meters.
Set in idyllic surroundings, the marina is on
the door step of Phang-nga Bay.
Provisioning: Basic provisioning available at the marina, no fresh
supplies. Basic fresh supplies available at the village, a
10 mn walk from the base. A large supermarket center (Lotus
Super Center) can be found 45 minutes drive from the Marina.
All things can be bought here: Fresh & dry supplies, alcohol,
clothing etc.

Facilities: Asia Marine has a comfortable
rest area, available for our client’s use at our Yacht Haven
Office. Clients are welcome to relax and have a drink. We
also have limited storage space for excess luggage. Good shower facilities are available at the Yacht Haven
Marina.

| Ocean Marina is one of Thailand’s international
yachting centres, with an exclusive yacht club, 5- star hotel
and the biggest marina in Asia.
Ocean Marina offers superb hotel and yacht club
facilities, as well as high-end residences for the yachting
community. Equipped for both wet berth and dry storage, and
utilizing a large travel-lift and a forklift for yacht mobilization,
the marina has the capacity to handle over 500 yachts in the
water and 200 yachts – from 18-150 feet – in the dry stack.
Expert maintenance crews, around-the-clock security,
ship-to-shore radio and telephone systems, as well as a boat
building yard, boat service facilities and retail shops and
an international standard breakwater complete the picture.

| This world-class 205 berth marina
is situated on the south-east corner of Langkawi island close
to the island's main town, providing excellent access to duty-free
shops and business facilities.
We accommodate mega-yachts up to 60 m with a low tide depth
of 3 meters. Pontoons have direct electricity, fuel and water
supply and offer high-speed wi-fi internet.
Immigration and Customs are conveniently situated just a few
minutes walk from RLYC marina.

| Benoa Harbour in Bali is the most popular port
of call for cruising yachts and there is a reasonable range
of repair facilities. The opening of Bali International Marina
and the existence of a number of excursion vessels have consolidated
Bali's position as a modest yachting centre.
The marina offers all usual services, fuel, water, internet
access, laundry and with 24 hour security is a safe place
to leave the boat if touring the interior. The marina also
has a fuel dock, bar, restaurant and showers for visitors
as well as being able to arrange the cruising permit (CAIT).
Docking fees are to be paid in advance and are rather high
(19 US dollars per day for a 43 ft yacht in 2004). There are
discounts for longer stays. Water and electricity are charged
separately.
